We bottle one cask at a time, capitalizing on the unique color and flavor characteristics of each individual cask. By sourcing all-natural malts from the best distilleries in Scotland, selecting the best single batches and bottling only the finest casks within those batches. This collection offers a comprehensive range of single malts, up to 20 years old, from each of the distilling areas in Scotland. These whiskies are all bottled at 86 proof, and are offered in color coordinated presentation tins with matching labels, identifying the regions of distillation.

CASK STRENGTH COLLECTION
A comprehensive selection of natural strength whiskies, in individually numbered bottles, is available. This selection offers whiskies up to 35 years old, with rare malts being offered in a luxurious gift box with a certificate of authenticity.

UN-CHILLFILTERED COLLECTION
Chill-filtering is a process to remove the majority of fats and oils naturally in the malt.  Large distilleries use chill filtering to remove cloudiness and to ensure consistent flavors in their blends.  Signatory Unchillfiltered Collection enhances each cask’s natural flavor and body with our un-chillfiltering process.
